2030 Goal Leader Update: 100% of Florida children ready for kindergarten

The Children’s Movement of Florida is working steadily toward the 100% K-Ready goal. Our Bosses for Babies initiative has engaged over 30 CEOs who are taking action to prepare children for kindergarten: supporting their employees with family-focused practices, advocating for high-quality early learning, and giving back by volunteering or donating to local child care centers and community efforts. We are also pushing for legislation and appropriations that will impact K-Readiness statewide—including direct grants to early learning centers and educators, and native language assessments that support English language learners in their early years.
