The 2017-2018 Constitution Revision Commission (CRC) will hold statewide public hearings to gather input from citizens. The CRC has the power to review the Florida Constitution and place proposed amendments directly on the ballot for voter approval. Florida is the only state that allows its constitution to be revisited and changed through this regularly scheduled process. Public participation is vital to the Commission’s success.
