International Leaders Discuss Florida’s Role in the Global Marketplace

In the latest Florida Chamber Bottom Line, we sat down with Mark O’Connell, CEO of OCO Global, and Manny Mencia, Senior Vice President of International Trade and Business Development for Enterprise Florida, to discuss Florida’s role in the global marketplace, BREXIT and why companies should invest in Florida.

“Don’t fix what ain’t broken,” said O’Connell. “Florida has risen up the ranks in terms as the most attractive states within the union for foreign investment.”

“We [Florida] are well positioned to capitalize on opportunities world-wide,” said Mencia. “Historically, the European Union and Canada have been our largest foreign investors in Florida.”
