Florida Chamber of Commerce Endorses Debbie Mayfield in Senate District 19 Race

The Florida Chamber of Commerce continues to unite Florida’s business community to help make Florida more competitive and today endorsed Representative Debbie Mayfield in the Senate District 19 race to fill the seat vacated by Senator Randy Fine resulting from his resignation to run for Congress.

As a businesswoman and legislator, Representative Mayfield has been a stalwart defender of free enterprise in Florida, fighting back against job-killing regulations. Her proven track record of standing up for local businesses has earned her a lifetime A-rating on the Florida Chamber’s Legislative Report Card.

“Debbie Mayfield is committed to Florida’s future and will continue to work to help Florida maintain a pro-jobs climate and safeguard the strength of our growing economy,” said Mark Wilson, President and CEO of the Florida Chamber of Commerce. “She has proven through her years of service to the people of Brevard County that she is focused on job creation and furthering economic opportunity for all Floridians.

“I’m proud to have the support of the Florida Chamber of Commerce,” said Representative Debbie Mayfield. “They represent Florida’s brightest companies and job creators.  Working together with President Trump and our Governor, we can expand Florida’s record-breaking job growth into the future.”

The Special Primary Election will be held on April 1, 2025, and the Special General Election on June 10, 2025.
