In our recent trade and logistics survey, nearly 76 percent of respondents reported that they have experienced supply chain disruptions.
Additionally, Florida’s population and economic growth was seen by respondents as the most significant trends. Workforce attraction, training and retention was also noted as the most frequently recommended strategy to improve Florida’s competitiveness in trade, logistics and manufacturing; these thoughts are right in sync with our efforts to help secure Florida’s talent through the research that will be provided in the upcoming Florida Workforce Needs Study 2.0 and Future of Work Florida initiative.
