A Message From New Foundation Board Chair Don Kiselewski
To my fellow Foundation Board Members and Stakeholders,
It is an honor to serve you as the new Chair of the Florida Chamber Foundation. I am thrilled about the opportunity to carry on Susan’s legacy, as she has truly set the bar high for 2030.
Many of us just convened for our October Board meeting held in conjunction with the 2023 Florida Chamber Annual Meeting & Future of Florida Forum in Orlando, where we welcomed almost 400 leaders across Florida, representing our state’s best of the best, forward-thinking leaders. As we all know, the buck doesn’t stop at the Forum. It is what we do year-round to move the needle that makes the difference.
It is my goal to continue to work with our Foundation team to build our advisory board leadership, research, workforce, and zip code adoption efforts across Florida. Beyond your participation on the Board, if you or someone you know would be a good fit to help propel our programs, including our research arm, Florida Equality of Opportunity Initiative, and Future of Work Florida Initiative, please let us know. I challenge you to think of how you can further engage and spread the word among your network about our efforts and events in the coming fiscal year. These programs drive our mission, and it will take all of us working throughout the year to help Florida be successful in achieving our Florida 2030 Blueprint’s 39 goals.
