Polk State to host pair of open house events during Spring 2025 Semester

Tuesday, February 11, 2025 — Polk State College will host open house events on each campus during the Spring 2025 Semester.

Prospective students and families are invited to tour campuses, meet faculty and staff, learn about academic programs and student life, complete college applications, receive assistance with applying for financial aid, enter to win scholarships, and more.

Open house on the Winter Haven Campus will take place March 27 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at 999 Ave. H N.E. in the Student Center (WST 126). Open house on the Lakeland Campus, 3425 Winter Lake Road, will be held a week later on April 3 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in Lakeland Technology Building (LTB) 1100.

Open enrollment for the Summer 2025 Semester will begin on March 31 with classes starting May 7. Dates for open enrollment and the start of classes for the Fall 2025 Semester will be finalized later this semester.

Currently enrolled Polk State students can register for classes in the Polk Portal. Prospective students should submit a free online application to the College by clicking here. Dual enrollment students should work with their high school advisors and email deregistration@polk.edu if they need assistance.
